Train your thoughts. Train your thoughts to concentrate soley on what is worthy of your attention. How does a runner train for a marathon? Does he or she say they are going to run but never actually acomplish the task? Or do they wake up everymoring with a set purpose and mindset. Each day they push forth towards the goal. What do you allow your mind to be cosumed with? Worry? Doubt? Saddness? Needs? All of the following may very well be true and real, but they aren't everything. The more effort we put into the worrying the less we actually trust in God. If you're worried or sad.. pray. Release you cares upon the Father and I guarantee as you train your thoughts your mind will be renewed. The reality we face is that we train our outside more than we train our inside. We put time in effort into the physical while our minds sink into decrepitude. Let it be our primary goal to train our thoughts daily. Whenever I sink into worry I remeber this verses:

You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you! Isaiah 26:3

Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. Romans 12:2

True Beauty comes from the heart.. "No one cares" about internal beauty, yet it is the most important. Is you mind and heart full of beautiful things. So train your thoughts. Focus on that which is true. He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. He is constant! Those promises are worth your attention.
