Good Deeds

Hello again,

I’d like to leave a simple thought here for you this week. What if beauty was measured by good deeds? What if true beauty had nothing to do with physical appearance and everything to do with how you served others? Would you be considered beautiful?

I know I might be shaking some feathers, but I want to propose this idea that beauty has everything to do with who we really are. We are much more beautiful when we serve others. Jesus Himself was a servant – being the son of God He came to serve and give His life for us. He was the perfect example of beauty.

Who we truly are will be evident in our actions. So today before putting on make-up or picking out a cute outfit - choose to do something good. Choose to serve someone. Make today about someone else. That is where true beauty comes alive.
